OK, first new content post on the new platform. WordPress handles images a little differently, and it’s messing with my usual post design, so I’ll be fiddling with that a bit.
I’ve been working with a student who has been plowing through my Afro 6 pages. Here is a new one, with the simple left hand parts, and some bass drum added:
Cool new thing about WordPress: previously, when searching for something on the site 1) the search function sucked, and 2) you had to scroll through one post at a time to find what you wanted. Now look what you get when you search “tom moves”, which you will use when practicing this post:
That does not suck. Memorize the moves under tom moves revisited, and understand the possibilities suggested by additional tom moves, and then do them when practicing this page.
