Some creative moves with dotted 8th spacings within an Afro 12/8 funk groove, giving a straight 8th cross rhythm. I did this once before, with a tediously methodical page last year, and this more general page in 2014. Someone could do this as independence practice, based on something real, or to broaden their possibilities with this groove into a more polyrhythmic, African direction.
