Heavy paradiddle unit happening here lately. Here are some ways of playing the paradiddle-diddle section of my Ultimate Paradiddle Builder on the drum set. The formula is pretty simple, you can easily apply this to other patterns without writing them out.
Play these in the obvious written meter, and as triplets in 4/4 (or whichever meter), and as 8ths and 16ths in 3/4 or other #/4 meters. Move them around the drums.
