Look, I didn’t call it burnout for nothing. Here are some other practice possibilities for the recent Paradiddle-diddle burnout and six stroke roll burnout pages, that came up in my own practicing. The point is not to burden you (or, more importantly, me) with more stuff to play, it’s to understand possibilities, and make connections between things, so you can do what you need with it.

Paradiddle-diddle page: You can repeat the first beat, last beat, and first two beats by themselves, in any order. The “inside patterns” are the four notes starting on the & of 1, and & of 2, repeated. To get to them, and away from them, follow the sequence given, with a single non-repeating connecting beat.
Six stroke roll page: You can repeat any single beat, or two beats, in any order.
Of course there may be some conflicts as you get into the other patterns. It’s all designed to connect to the other patterns, and to be easy to do fast, so don’t hesitate to skip anything that you can’t do with your current level of technique.
