Ultimate until I need it in some other form. I already see some other things I could have included. Don’t believe everything you read. This expands on an approach taken in Mitchell Peters’s Rudimental Primer, outlining the basic structure of paradiddles and their inversions, paradiddle-diddles, and six stroke rolls played as a rhythm— which are really an inverted left handed paradiddle-diddle with two accents. We’re getting a sense of the larger hand movements, and a clean look at the structurally important partials, for timing.
In part 2 (sequel to the ultimate) we will cover the lower orders of paradiddle rudiments: double, triple, and their very useful Bishop Inversions, maybe some of the flam/drag versions which I hate.

Play each numbered sequence in whatever order you like, playing each pattern 1-4 times:
- Plain old “in order”, 1, 2, 3, 4
- Pyramid style: 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1
- In order alternating with pattern 1: 1-2, 1-3, 1-4
